Free Fly Fishing Clinics All Summer at Sipapu standard

Sipapu will resume its popular weekly series of free fly fishing clinics beginning this Saturday, May 24. Led by Van Beacham, owner of the Solitary Angler, and his staff of certified instructors, the “quick start” fly casting class will take place at Sipapu every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will cover the basics of fly fishing. “Over the years I have have developed a unique technique that makes learning to fly cast fast, fun and easy,” Beacham said. “Students will learn how to read water, make fly selections, use the right casting techniques and to fly fish small streams like we have in New Mexico.”
